RESEARCH and MAPPING
Some of our activities include: spatial mapping, socio-cultural research, strategic planning, environmental analysis, analysis of ecological tourism village, and analysis of great village.
CAMPAIGN & INFORMATION
Wisnu’s activities include: knowledge development of great village, developing village information center, environmental education, authoring and publishing, video making, and others.
Wisnu Foundation was founded in 1993, in response to the environment problems in Bali, especially the waste produced by tourism industries. After reformation in Indonesia, since 1999 Wisnu has focused on environment management and community empowerment. Today, the focus of Wisnu’s programs are research and mapping, community empowerment, and information management of community resources.
